Prior to joining Pyramid, Ridge was an agent with Allstate Insurance. His customer service and insurance experience have helped him develop strong communication skills and a relationship-focused approach to assisting clients. He values personal growth, teamwork, and continues to expand his knowledge within the insurance industry.
Born and raised in Waipahu, Ridge attended Hawaii Baptist Academy and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Public Relations and Advertising from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona. Community-minded and involved locally, he is a member of Ukiyo Hawaii, where he volunteers at powerlifting competitions and helps maintain a clean and safe training environment for guests and members.
In his free time, he enjoys surfing, working out, spending time with family and friends, and exploring local cuisine.
