Ace joins Pyramid with a strong background in sales and customer service, having worked in customer-facing roles since his teenage years. His experience includes sales in fishing poles and spearguns, furniture, real estate, and insurance, including previous experience as an agent with Allstate Insurance. Through these roles, he has developed strong communication skills, a relationship-focused approach, and the ability to connect with clients from many backgrounds.
Born and raised in Hilo, Ace comes from a hardworking local family. His father is a retired police officer, and his mother works as a property manager and paralegal. A graduate of Waiakea High School, Ace currently attends the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo full time, where he is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Applied Economics and expects to graduate in 2027.
Balancing both full-time work and school, Ace is committed to continuing his professional growth while serving the local community he calls home.
In his free time, he enjoys playing the guitar.
