Zchara joined Pyramid Insurance Centre in 2019 as a receptionist and later moved into Customer Service before becoming a Producer in the company’s Maui office. Working closely with customers early in her career helped her develop a strong appreciation for listening, building relationships, and being responsive to each person’s needs. Before joining Pyramid, Zchara worked in retail, where she built a solid foundation in customer service. She is also a freelance photographer and graphic designer, which has helped strengthen her creativity, attention to detail, and ability to bring a client’s vision to life. She brings that same thoughtful, personalized approach to helping clients with their insurance needs. Born in the Philippines and raised on Maui, Zchara is a graduate of Maui High School and has studied Interior Design and Marketing. Growing up in a family with a strong creative background, she developed an early appreciation for the arts. Outside of work, Zchara enjoys reading and runs a Bookstagram, where she creates and shares digital art for fellow book lovers. She also enjoys watching Formula 1 with her family, fishing, and playing badminton.
